In July 2006 the band was formed with Fasy on guitar Addo on bass guitar and Ibbe on drums, together now known as FASYLIVE.
In 2006 FASYLIVE performed at the Worlds Biggest Unsigned Bands Festival also known as Emergenza at London Mean Fiddler and was voted one of the top five finalists among over 300 competing bands in the U.K. And Fasy was voted the best unsigned guitarist in the U.K. Following their success, they have been touring in Asia and the UK the past two years. Recent performances include gigs in Singapore Hard Rock Café, Malaysian National Stadium, London, Bristol and Cardiff.
Vengeance was FASYLIVE's first official album and was released in May 2007 in the Maldives. Vengeance was launched in Asia at Singapore's Hard Rock Café.
FASYLIVE's second album which will be released later this year is titled Silver and is the first of its kind to be released in the Maldives. Silver is a Dhivehi album and was recorded live during a star studded music show 'Silver' with Maldivian legends and young artists lending their unique sound and blending it with FASYLIVE to create a unique masterpiece.
